Privacy Policy

Effective October 4, 2026 · ARX Tactical, a private-label line of Hmart Uniform and Tactical Supply

What we collect

When you sign up for ARX launch alerts, we collect your email address and the date you subscribed. That is all. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or browsing data through this form.

How we use it

Your address is used for one purpose: sending you ARX Tactical launch emails — final specs, real product photos, launch pricing, and first-buy windows. We send from Hmart Uniform and Tactical Supply, and every commercial email identifies us, states why you are receiving it, and carries a working unsubscribe link plus our physical postal address.

How we store it

Signups are stored in a single file on our web hosting account, outside the public web root — it cannot be opened from a browser. Access is limited to Hmart staff who need it to run the launch list.

What we never do

• Never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing.
• No silent repurposing — the address you give us is used only for ARX launch alerts unless you ask for something else.

Unsubscribe

Every launch email carries an unsubscribe link. Click it and you are removed — we honor opt-outs within 10 business days (usually the same day). You can also unsubscribe directly any time:
